The Smiley Face barn is an iconic southern Alberta landmark that can be seen on Highway 2 near Cayley. This is Week 40's contribution to the artist's 52 Week Landscapes and Landmarks painting challenge in support of the charity Bracelets For Buildings. $100 from its purchase will be donated to help fund the construction of a home for a family in rural Cambodia.
