Red barns are scattered throughout the landscape, buildings that sustained farming families, provided shelter for animals and feed, and provided space for unforgettable barn dances. 

This was Week 5's contribution to my 52 Week Landscapes and Landmarks painting challenge in support of the charity Bracelets For Buildings. One hundred dollars from the purchase of this painting will be donated to help fund the construction of a home for a family living in dire poverty in rural Cambodia.
