Inspired by a photo taken by Don Hunstein in February 1963 during a session for The Free Wheelin' Bob Dylan album. The moment captured on film shows Bob and his then-girlfriend Suze Rotolo strolling through a chilly Greenwich Village. One of the frames from this session was used as cover shot for the album which become one of Dylan's seminal collections. It was released May 27, 1963 and is considered a classic.
